About Business Solutions

The Business Solutions Group is a team of consultants recognized for empowering organizations through their people and processes.  In 1996, we became part of the McConnell Technology & Training Center (MTTC), which provides services and solutions for National Defense, business, and workforce customers.   MTTC is operated by Innovative Productivity, Inc., a non-profit organization under the sponsorship of the U.S. Navy.  Our mission as the Business Solutions Group is to combine real-world leadership, academic credentials, and professional consulting experience and use them to enhance organizations through there people and processes.

Since 1996, IPI/MTTC has trained over 5,900 people from over 230 organizations through over 1,100 training events/activities associated with process or system design, development, implementation, assessment, monitoring and improvement in accordance with international management system standards (such as ISO 9000 and ISO 14000).

Now, the Business Solutions Group provides individualized services focusing on Enhancing People and Enhancing Processes. We help organizations obtain favorable outcomes through the use of technologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, ITIL®, Leadership and Organizational Development, and Executive Coaching as well as many other business enhancing tools.
